I have to cut back on my fat intake and I can't miss a more than a coupe of day from exercising otherwise I gain weight. On Thursday and Friday, I ate McDonald's french fries, a no, no! Too much of fat. Sent my calorie intake sky high. Today, I feel a little defeated, but tomorrow is another day.
