I haven't written for a bit.

I started Tony Horton's 10 Min Trainer, and by the second workout I'm feeling it...

I am sore! Which means it's working! Woohoo!

Gonna give myself a break until Monday, and then work on it on alternating days, until the end of next week, and then I will add a second workout from the same DVD, and then a third for the week following.

I want to get to a half hour of straight exercise every other day, except for Saturdays and Sundays, in about a month's time.

It'll be good, just you watch!

Why not throw walking in between trainer days. It will help with the soreness, but not overly stress tired muscles. It is better than sitting when your muscles could also get stiff. And that would be extra calories to burn.

Sounds like a good plan. Routines are great, they help.
