Breakfast- 1/2 cup oat bran w/walnuts/raisins/skim milk 3 hard-boiled egg whites 1 black coffee Walk 30 minutes
V-8 Yogurt fat free /green tea 3 large stuffed cabbage YIKES! got in 8 water 7:20 pm thats it for today
