Cool. Dropped another.8 for a new low at 238.0 after a low cal day and workout. Blood sugar 109 is kinda weird, but no biggie.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
