There are 5 of us ladies at work starting the diet on 1st of April 2013. We all put $20 each in the pot who can lose body weight till 1st week of June. So far I lost 8 lbs. My goal is to lose 25 lbs. I am enjoying it so far. I like atkins low carb diet. It helps me to get motivated in preparing my meal till the next day to go to work. I get created in eating all kind of veggie meals. 3-4 people at work noticing it now. I am so excited. I can not wait to fit in my bathing suit in this coming summer. I enjoyed using a paddle board and hopefully I don't get tip over this time and losing weight will make a huge difference. I am just very excited ! ! ! Hopefully i don't jinx this.
