Gave in two my sugar crav but they were milder than the past first three days. Was able to stop at two minis because of challenge. But still crave for more when I know I can't. Also weighted myself in a dress so I think the lighter clothes make me appear lighter or maybe water but I had eaten right before.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
