I knew there would be a gain... No big deal though, everything has a consequence, period. I eat too much and drink too much I gain weight. seeing it sucks, but maybe I need to. I need to be more careful with my calories. I know I have 1700, but that is obviously not working for me. I think I am going to start tracking on weekends and having Saturday and Sunday be the days where I'm around 1700 and staying nearer 1200 during the week. Tracking on weekends is going to be the big one though. I think it'll make a giant difference.
