I've been away from here for a few days. took baby girl to the beach for the weekend w/o hubby who had to work. usually, i eat poorly while away but i was so busy taking care of my kid completely myself i don't remember what i ate, if much of anything. i so do appreciate the extra help as i truly believe hubby and i make a great team! i give a lot of credit to any single mom out there doing anything totally on their own -- it's a great deal of work and you should be so very proud of yourselves!

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 August 2008:
1363 kcal Fat: 60.57g | Prot: 61.86g | Carb: 160.83g.   Breakfast: shredded cheddar cheese, egg whites, watermelon, wheat english muffin, i can't believe its not butter. Lunch: i can't believe its not butter, weight watchers pecan, reduced fat peanut butter, arnolds bread, Sour Cream and Onion Flavor Potato Chips (From Dried Potatoes) . Dinner: cauliflower, olive oil, parmesan, carrot cake, morningstar farms. Snacks/Other: chocolate chip cookie weight watchers, bagel chips, French Vanilla Ice Creams (Soft Serve) . more...
