I haven't been diet OR exercising in a very long time. I guess it was just easier to give up when things were so slow going. Im dedicated now, out of my funk and ready to try again.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 124.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
