Quit taking my Mobic and the weight fell right back off. Now I'm back to where I was a week ago. Decided to repeat my week of 35 carbs. I wonder why it's ok for me to have blueberries but not blackberries when blackberries have a lot less carbs. Hmmm... started eating them anyway, and they were very good.
