Woo hoo!!! So proud of myself! I ran for 30 minutes today. It felt pretty good, too. I'm on my way to the life I want and I'm so excited.

Well done, its great isn't it. I couldn't run for 1 minute, and then not long ago I built up to 25 mins. It felt brilliant :-)
