I am preparing my body for the HCG diet. In about a month I will be starting it. Prior to that I'm seeing how my body does on 700 calories or less. I work out 5 daysa week and hour and a half at the gym every day there doing cardio and weights so I feel as if taking in those extra couple hundred calories is important for me. I've spoken to others who have been successful on the HCG diet and they didn't exercise at all. My goal is to look and feel healthy while losing weight. I would like to lose it as fast as it will go off. Today is day 3 of not drinking alchohol. I am feeling good.
