Well another day has gone by and I'm STILL not able to exercise! [but that's okay, because I'm listening to my body and working on my head...]
Whatever we THINK ends up coming to FRUITION... I firmly believe that we each create our own destiny through our thoughts, which in turn affect our actions, which then affects the outcome and the path we go down...
The moral being: STAY POSITIVE! and good things will come your way!
