First session with the trainer went great! I really like him, he's funny & down to Earth. He referred to the weight room as the meat locker & said it was tank top Tuesday because of all the meat heads in there with their tank tops on showing off their arms. I was cracking up! I was suppose to be working my back but I can tell where my form was off because my arms are hurting more than my back. Tonight I run with the run club & tomorrow I'm back with my trainer.

I'm glad your training went well!! Now that the initial nervousness of meeting the trainer is out of the way I'm sure things will just get better.
