If you want something bad enough, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse. I'm giving you some tough love. If you want to lose weight and get healthy (yes you need exercise for health), you will find a way. I know moms with full time jobs, kids, and are going to school who squeeze in exercise a few times a week as well as diet. Is it easy? Absolutely not, but you have to believe your worth it. Fast weight loss usually means it comes back on just as fast. Find a diet your can live with for the rest of your life. What ever you do to lose weight, you need to keep doing to keep it off (but with more food). You might try calorie counting but do some research to find a plan that you can live with. Once you get that down, start getting active. Get out on the weekends and go for walks. There's tons of workout dvds that you can do at home a few times a week before or after work. Many are 30 minutes or less. Find your motivation. If you can't find your motivation, use your determination. Get a cooler and bring your lunch and snacks for the day. Drink plenty of water. Be proactive! Get books out of library and learn about nutrition and exercise. This is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time to build new habits and lose weight. Good luck!
