Uh Oh! No weight loss today....what's up! And I've been good!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No one loses every day. Some people lose a pound a week. Some people lose 2 pounds a month. Weight loss isn't linear (unless your seriously lucky) and looks more like a roller coaster (up and down). Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. If you weigh daily, it's important to understand how the body works. You might step on the scale tomorrow with a 2 pound loss. So many factors including how much muscle your body has, genetics, age, metabolism, activity level, gender, types of food your eating, etc. Patience and persistence!

Thanks for that insight Suzi. I guess I need to do a little more homework. I am sort of treating my journal as notes to myself, and sometimes forget that I asked for support, which I appreciate immensely. Thanks again!
