I am going to TOPS now, and following a common sense, low carb, lots of vegetables and some fruit.
High protein diet. I did not like the Blood type diet at all.
made no sense for me.

182.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week
