I was hoping to start eating healthy again over the weekend but it didn't happen lol. With a family birthday party, mother's day get-together, and having the munchies later in the evening, I did my best lol. I was super bloated...ugh I hate salt! I finally feel un-bloated today. I bought some Healthy Choice meals to bring for lunch so we'll see how that goes. I usually steer clear because of the sodium but I'm sure they're better than the Fast Food my parents shove down my throat everyday. I live and work with the Folks...fun fun. Sabotage 24/7 lol. 18mos left til I get married & move!! Moving sooner would be awesome but we'll see. Carry on :)
