Some issues with my blood pressure, so have not been exercising. Hopefully on track soon. Also took in more calories by accident one day. Tried to cut down for it the next day and that was a disaster. So I won't cut down the next day no matter how much I want to. Eating oatmeal for my cholesterol level lately. Hope it is effective to eat it uncooked with the yogurt. So going to lower my calories to about 1200 while not exercising.
