Sugar free coffee creamer is awful. That is the only negative thing I can think of. I am in that beginning phase of a diet when I have lots of energy and I am so happy and excited and proud that I started. I am going to do everything possible to keep up this momentum. Starting this challenge is great motivation too. I am all smiles today!!!
