I have so many leaps and hurdles to get over. I love sugar. I was able to quit drinking diet coke which I never thought I could but cutting sugar out has been very difficult. My next hurdle is that I wake up 2 or 3 times a night to eat. It has made me very depressed. I will warm a slice of pizza up, finish off a pint of ice cream, eat 2 or 3 pieces of cake, the list goes on. Another new hurdle is the DOG! She has gotten so use to me getting up at night that if by some miracle I don't get up she wakes me up! Can you believe that? Imagine just 1 night I actually stay sleeping and then the dog gets in my ear crying. I have folded up a newspaper to swat her away but she is determined. I love her with all my heart but I want to rip her head off at 2am! One other smaller hurdle is that I am somewhat bored at work. I read all day. I do a little data entry but mostly second check everyone's work. It gets so unbelievably boring that I compensate with food.

Lets not talk about what I ate last night starting at midnight. Lets start this morning. I had a strawberry yogurt with granola and slivers of almonds in it. I had a large cup of green tea mixed with lemon soda water.

For lunch, I just ate an apple and a cream roll. I am also picking at some lobster bisque with water and lemon soda water (half and half).

I need help. I want to loose a good 30 lbs.

When I wake up too many times I just don't have the energy to work out in the morning. I have a tread climber and I try to use it every morning before work for about 40 mins.
