Dear Diary:

Looking forwarding to becoming healthy and fit once and for all. Need to lower blood pressure and feel good especially during hot summer days. This will have to be a life long eating plan. I know that I will have to make changes every single day in order to lose the weight.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 May 2013:

Small daily changes should make a difference by the end of the year! Eating less chocolate and start drinking green tea should lessen the amount of cream in my coffee I use daily! Would love to see the result in 6 month's time.
