Today's food plan

bkfst, 9 am 1 c cottage cheese w/ 1 small chopped apple and 1/4 c chopped walnuts
lunch 1 pm 2 scrambled eggs w/ 1 slice pepperjack cheese, 1/2 c chopped onion, in 1 tbsp butter, 1 slice WASA fiber bread
dinner 5 pm salad or stir-fry w/ olive oil, 1 c yogurt, an orange
snack 9 pm a piece of string cheese, 1/4 c almonds
