I've decided to change diets and see how I do on the South Beach Diet. I lost about 4lbs on the 3 Day but I was starving!

Here's hoping!

I drink 8oz of water right before every meal, even if it's a snack, it seems to be helping me, I know what you mean with feeling hungry and this is not my first time either on SB phase I. I am eating every two to three hours so that seems to be helping a lot as well.

what were you following before...read the book adn make sure to follow phase 1 completely...it makes such a big difference...good luck

Be sure to snack between meals and that will help a lot with the hunger. Best wishes!
