So today is my first day of this new life style I want to start. I know I'm young (I'm about to turn 24) but my body has been though a lot and I need to learn how to keep a healthy life style. I got pregnant at 19 and went from being 120 lbs to 175 lbs in the matter of 4 months. It was a huge mind fuck to be honest. While I was pregnant I weighted myself everyday. I became obsessed with my weight. Growing up I never had to workout or worry about what I ate, I just was really tall and thin naturally. After having my daughter that all changed. After I had her I dropped down to 150 lbs, I know that isn't heavy in anyway, but in my eyes I was huge. I didn't know how to cope with my body changing so much. for the past 4 years I have been constantly losing weight only to gain it back again. I would hardly eat and drop weight then go back to eating normal and gain it all back. I want to learn how to stay fit the healthy way and keep my weight down. I have faith I can do it this time around. :)
