I think I hit a plateau, my body has started the starvation mode... I need to get more protein + carbs to eat back the 500 calories burnt at gym.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.2 lb a week
