the scvale is not budging, I hate dieting!
301.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 126.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't give up, maybe just change a little. Look at what you are doing - food and exercise wise - and see where you might need to make a change in that. Maybe you are not taking in enough points, and your body is going into starvation mode. Maybe you are getting to many points, and you need to cut back a bit. Are you exercising at all? Even going out for a nice slow walk every morning (or evening) will help you a lot - give it a try!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!!

I made a step stool that I put in front of the tv. I just step up, step down step up step down for 15-20 minutes at a time while I watch tv. It really gets your heart rate up. OR just walk in place for the same amount of time. Good luck to you! The scale will budge...don't worry!

diets dont work. lifestyle changes do though!! The scale could not be moving for many reasons, water weight, not eating enough points (if your on weight watchers that is) not eating the right kinds of food. try more veggies to get your metabolism going at high speed, you'll notice a drop in NO time if you do. just keep a positive attitude your already one step closer to your goal than you were the day before.
