Was a tough week in training no loss but no gain so I guess its OK. Will do better this week. All the numbers say there should have been some kind of weight loss. Maybe a plateau... I hope so. I may start to weigh in every morning instead of waiting for Monday morning. Just to make sure of some progress
315.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
