Last week was a wash for recording and exercising. Now that I have a schedule going, I can start making the time I need to exercise
156.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Spike Diet   losing 1.2 lb a week
