Keepin' on keepin' on.

I published my calorie tracking spreadsheet I talked about in an earlier post to the web so folks can see it in all it's glory lol. Here it is.
215.7 lb Lost so far: 162.3 lb.    Still to go: 35.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
