This is after only one day of "off" eating. It wasn't even a whole day. You would think I'd learn by now. I really am my worst enemy. Typically I would get discouraged now and just say forget it. Not this time, I'm determined to see this through. This is just a bump in the road. Time to pick myself up and get back on track.
