I went out tonight and did pretty well. I haven't had alcohol in over two months, so I sat there drinking diet soda while my friends were having beer and jagerbombs. They also ordered fried mushrooms and fried pickles in front of me! I came home and ate an apple. I also swam today, and ran a lot of errands - I spent over 2 hours driving today! I am still doing well, and I feel like my body is at the point where it wants to lose weight, I just have to do the work. I haven't hit a plateau yet and I'm thankful for that. I just have to keep on keeping on.
