I got my 12 oz. Body First Organic Acacia Fiber Powder ($8.50) and 1.6 lb Dymatize Nutrition ISO-100 Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate Powder ($27) from allstarhealth.com shipped to me and tried both of those for the first time today. I got the ISO-100 in the smooth banana flavor and it has a pretty good light taste. I did one scoop in about 8 ozs. of water and will do that once every morning. My elimination issues have gotten much better in the last week or so I guess bc im eating a lot of different types of vegetables now but I still wanted to try the acacia fiber as a dietary supplement instead of the chewable fruity fiber tablets I was taking. I followed the instructions and took one tbsp of the fiber powder mixed with water and im gonna do that once a day now. I will have to do an update on the 2 new products after ive used them for some time to see how it actually works on my body. I got a few other things but they were just my normal vitamins I had run out of and needed to replace.

Today has gone great so far. Workouts went great earlier and I've consumed most of my calories for today. The rest I will consume in the next half hour. I've been forgetting to drink my green tea in the mornings. Will start back on that tomorrow morning. Need to remember to call my oldest sister back so we can have sister talk later. Anyhow, I feel really good about getting back to my workouts in the mornings. It really helps me focus better during my day. :)
