Totally blew the diet last night when I became stressed and didn't get to eat prior to baseball game with my grandson...ate from the concession stand! Continued with my strength-training (lower body) last night.

Got up this morning and did upper body strength training. Not feeling well due to low blood sugars, so had to eat a piece of toast with peanut butter first thing this morning and felt better.

On to life changes!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
