Had a nice walk into work this morning. I got up early and went to Holborn to look at a bookshop (Which was closed :() then walked from Holborn to St Paul's and over the Millennium Bridge.

I might try getting up early again tomorrow and walk down to the swimming pool near home... Maybe...

I just randomly came across your profile, you know how they show random people under Recent Activity, etc. I just wanted to say congratulations on losing 150lb!! That is astounding! And some of the best progress I have seen on this site! I see a lot of people make a lot of progress for a few weeks, a few months, and then give up. Shoot, I'm one of them. Your persistence is inspiring! You are proof that anything is possible if you stick to it! Congratulations! And keep charging on! You look amazing! Jen
