Hello!....Well it's been another week and I'm finally beginning to feel like myself again. I lost 3 pounds since my last weigh-in! Yayyyy! I don't feel deprived and I have managed to eat better foods and exercise more. I have decided that I must not feel as if I am on a diet, but instead I must make how I feel, think, purchase, and consume foods that are better for me my new normal.
