Calories per day to maintain - 1850
Calories per day to lose weight - 1400
Reduce calories by 3500/wk to lose 1-2 lbs a week.
Get 100 ounces of water/day
Carbs
- 30 g breakfast
- 45 g lunch
- 45 g dinner
- 2 15 g snacks w/protein
Take out sweets.
Keep a journal. Daily mix 40% Carbs, 30% Proteins, 30 Fat
Look at connections website, snack planning.
