Eating 6 times a day has sparked my appittite which had previously been damaged and my weight loss became an issue. I am now going to try to back down and focus back on protein and calories and see if my weight will stabilize right here. I can fluctuate up or down a few pounds and stay away from my RED Line in the sand 140 lbs.
