So this morning i have woke up and started the challenges and steaming ahead. im assuming that the water challenge is measured in fl oz? so i am on it today by going out any buying a bottle as big as i can so it will seem that i am not filling up so much. im thinking this may make it easier to take and do at work as well as keep in the car when i am out and about? bring on the flawless skin!!
I have managed to stay under the 75kg this morning as well which i am buzzing about as it has been a hard slog getting there no matter what my efforts were? I have had this morning a smoothie which my 4 year old helped make and it was delish to say the least. Smoothies are the way forward and im excited to try different recipies.
Any suggestions welcome...
