I blame my period for all this eating without control :(

Yes indeed, is horrible!! I do not really like donuts that much but this last couple of days is like "I´m going to die if I do not eat that donut!!" I´m wasting lots of money on food and gym to be eating carbs without control... Be in a diet is expensive

All last week I was stuffing carbs in my mouth, then spitting them out. I just got through it by thinking, "I don't need these calories".
