The Beginning
I'm tired of being overweight. I want to be able to go walking like I used to. Next winter I hope to move to a new location with a lot of sidewalks and neat shops in town, but as it is, I barely have the energy to walk around the house. Gotta change...
Hopefully with support and a monitoring system, I'll be able to achieve my goal, if not by next winter, at least in a few years. I know I have to build up my stamina to go walking again. It hurts to walk too much right now because of my weight. I wish there was some magical solution, but seeing as how this is all I have, I'll work with it.
