Here's a friendly reminder to all those who enjoy working out, both indoors and outdoors to always stretch your muscles to increase flexibility and to decrease risk of strains and tears. It's also paramount to use proper form when performing movements to avoid injuries as well. I know sometimes we get in the zone and into beast-mode, but if you don't exercise wisely, you could get sidelined!

Thanks for this Primal buddy! I get so caught up in all the chores of menu planning, cooking and cleaning that sometimes after working out I run right into the house and forget the best part (for me anyway) - the stretching. :)

I'm so totally guilty of not warming up before I dive into workouts and not 'having time' to stretch really well afterwards.. Thanks for the reminder.. :)

I'm guilty too. Which is why yesterday I was HURTIN'! Stupid deadlifts!
