Weighed in @ 201.5! Sub-200 will happen before the 20th! YES!

Half of my family has no idea I'm even on this plan. (The half that nags about it... I could tell them I've lost over 20 lbs, and the resonse would be "Well, you still are fat. What about the other 50 lbs?" You know the type?) So I figure I'll wait untill one of them comments on it. Untill then, it's my secret... ;) My father knows, and has been very supportive, and he knows there are some people I'd rather not talk to about it. Thanks for the positive shout outs!

I'm glad you have one person you can confide in. Let the others be your motivation to surprise them and show them you can do it without them. All on your own (with a little help from FS- but they don't need to know that)! Keep up the great work and stay away from that soda. There are better tasting, healthier choices that will make you happier. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!! :)
