Woke up 6 AM and did 20 mins on the elliptical.

Workout with Russ - clean and press X 8, pullups X 10, box jumps X 10, dumbbell snatches X 10 each side, kettlebell swings X 15, jump rope X 30 secs - for 4 rounds. Then two sets of alligator walks across the gym supersetted with rope slams.
