Staying on track. I didn't get up in time to go swimming today but I intend to tomorrow. Tonight at work a coworker brought some delicious cinammon bread, and I had two slices. However, I'm still in my RDI and had a sweet potato when I got home for dinner. I am noticing that the majority of my calories come from carbohydrates, which is something I notice because I'm so used to being on the Atkins diet. I am much happier this way - I think the carbs are helping me to produce more dopamine! I like calorie counting a lot better than anything else - I've been doing it for two months now and I have lost 14 pounds so far. I am hoping to lose 7 pounds this month, but I really have to stay on track and keep exercising religiuosly, which for me means hitting the pool.
