If anyone looks at my food journal for the last three days, it will look VERY "bready" and off balance. I had a celiac panel done today. I didn't know if I needed gluten in my system or not, but I figured I would put it there anyway, so I made a beautiful loaf of 100% whole wheat bread and I put vital wheat gluten in it just to add insult to injury. I plan to finish off this final loaf and I may never make wheat bread again. It's lucky I've never been overly fond of bread. LOL. My blood pressure was very odd this morning. It was 105/80. Does anyone know what that means?
