I have the prism diet as my primary diet on here, but I have recently starting using Plexus Slim+Accelerator last Wednesday. I have been trying to make better choices in the foods I eat. I have lost 6lbs so far and I do have a lot more energy and my mood has improved. I'm really excited about this product and hope to keep posting success stories. I was 405 when I started this Journey in January. I promised my sister I would try a new year with a new me. So I started doing Zumba and eating better in January and have been keeping a pretty good run going and for those closest to me know that that is a challenge in itself to stay committed to much, especially I diet. So this is all for now, I hope to have another good weigh in this week. Have a good day!
