Monday.. My mood matches the weather - it's raining, i'm stressed out, I have a pinch nerve in neck.. What else can I ask for?? :( .. Good thing is I weighed in this morning and I'm holding the 166 mark!! Hope this stress doesn't throw me off..
I've got to hang in there!!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you ElizabethE! Didn't sabotage with eating..I just get overwhelmed when stressed to the maxx!! Anxiety kicks in etc etc.. Thank you for the pep talk! Very much appreciated!
