I am working out daily, Monday - Friday, for about 1 hour to an 1 1/2 and for some reason I just can get my wieght down! Kinda frustrating but I do feel more energized and my clothes are fitting better. I just wish i could see the numbers go down. I dont weigh myself on a daily basis or a weekly basis for that matter. But when I do jump on the numbers are about the same! Ugggghhhh

I have to be more vigilant about keeping track of my food intake. I have changed some eating habits but I really have been "lax" on writing my intake down.

I will try to be more on top of my food journal just to see if there is something I am missing. I love the workouts and cant wait to get to the gym every morning but I want the numbers to go down. I want to be closer to my goal.

Just a little frustrated!
