I am finding that I cant follow a specifically prescribed plan to the letter but it is crystal clear to me now, that controlling my sugar and carb cravings but not be severe restriction as that makes them worse. I am doing moderately low carb now and I have started hiking. I REALLY want to start dancing.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

When you totally restrict yourself, it does make it a lot more difficult to follow. For example, if I can just have almonds for snack food, I do fine. If I go back into Induction and can't have almonds, my world feels shattered! Keep visualizing yourself thin and dancing and you will get there. I've found the visualization is a great technique. Keep working at it. You can do it!
